Level Up
Terms & Conditions
Level Up is a quarterly sales event with unique themes based upon video game genres (examples, MMORPG, classics, board games, facebook games, etc.). Designers will be required to create at least one ORIGINAL items concurrent with the theme selected for the event. There are no pricing restrictions on the item, and you may create more than two if you would like. Recolors are accepted, but please limit your creations to only one recolored item per round. The items must remain exclusive during the duration of the round, but may be sold in any manner you choose immediately following.
The event will be quarterly and will close on the 5th of the month following the event, at midnight SLT. New rounds will open at Noon SLT, and designer set-up deadlines will be at midnight of the night prior to opening.
**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT**
Exclusive creations must remain exclusive for the duration of the event. They may be sold elsewhere after the close of each round.
Items which violate Linden Labs TOS or established copyright laws are prohibited from use in this event. Any items discovered to be in violation will be returned immediately and without notice. For more information regarding intellectual property rights, please visit http://lindenlab.com/tos.
1 exclusive is required, however more are welcome! Feel free to design as many exclusives as you would like, provided you meet the minimum requirements. Each designer will be able to use one gacha machine. Gacha machines are custom made for the Level Up event and will be provided by the event coordinators.
**GENERAL RULES & GUIDELINES**
Group Requirements:

Level Up group is mandatory. You must have group space in order to accept the invitation. Group invitations will be sent at the time of payment. If you have not received the group invite within 24 hours, please contact us.

It is your responsibility to keep up to date on all the notices sent through the group. All information including landmarks/posters and any pertinent event changes will be communicated through the group.

An event board which will be sent out to the group. We request that it be displayed in your store(s) upon receipt.

Group access will be required in order to rez at the event location. A maximum of two avatars per brand may be added to the group for setup purposes.

Decoration:

Decor requirements are subject to change but will be communicated through the Level Up group.

All booths are no modify.

Changes may be made inside the booth, but not externally.

Any decor outside the booths will be returned without notice.

Decor items must be set to phantom. If you are unable to set to phantom due to item permissions, you may not use the item in your decor.

All scripts must be deleted from furniture that is not set for sale.

Any furniture item running a script at the time of the walk-through will be returned without notice.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due by the first of the month, the month the event opens (June 1, September 1, December 1, etc.) Non-payment will result in removal from the event. Level Up maintains a no-refund policy. Please be sure you are fully committed to the event before remitting payment.
